My name is Kyla. I am St . Louis based . I was trained as a birth doula through Jamaa Birth Village. My mission as your Doula is to support you , mentally , physically and emotionally as you birth a new generation into the world. It is to make sure you are comfortable in the skin you are in. My goal is to embrace your confidence , show compassion and to guide you so that you will be able to have a spontaneous birth and to later care for yourself and your bundle of life .
